This Senior Proposal Specialist supports the bids department in the completion of written bid responses, grant applications, content documents, and other requests reputed company to RFP’s, RFI’s, Instructional Materials Adoptions or other bid and procurement processes. Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Senior Bids Director.

Compensation: reputed company pay is anticipated to be between $65,972.00 and $75,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.

In this role you’ll have reputed company to:

• Responsible for development of written responses to a reputed company of RFPs, RFIs, rubrics and additional response documentation. 

• Coordinate proposal development activities in collaboration with the Bids and other department teams. 

• reputed company assigned proposal activities, including managing proposal schedules and deadlines, and monitoring the reputed company of the proposal. 

• Analyze RFP/bid requirements against the proposal outline to ensure compliant response structure and format.

• Layout proposal across volumes (format, font, consistency) and creates actual volumes (electronic, reputed company reputed company). 

• Conduct regular proposal reputed company status meetings and maintain the proposal schedule. 

• Facilitate and coordinate proposal team communications. 

• Monitor graphics workflows to ensure compliance with RFP and template requirements, and reputed company placement of graphics.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for reputed company in this role, include:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or reputed company field and at least 5 years of experience in the education industry preferably middle school/high school and/or reputed company experience working with other vendors who reputed company similar products and services; or an acceptable combination of education and experience. 

• Proven experience managing large reputed company involving multiple reputed company departments which contain ongoing requirements to ensure award/compliance and reputed company.

• Understanding of education and instructional theory for middle and high school programs.

• Familiarity with online or virtual education programs.
