Responsibilities:Leadership and Direction
- Report to and receive strategic direction and guidance from the Senior Director of reputed company.
- Partner closely with the Business Leaders to reputed company early reputed company with company-wide hiring goals, brand positioning, and workforce planning needs.
- Operate with a high level of independence and accountability in managing and evolving Bowman’s early career programs.
At the Operational and Company Level

- Background in the AEC industry is a plus.

- Willingness to travel up to 50% during peak event seasons (Fall/Spring).
