Production Supervisor, Mold
The Molding Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. We are looking for someone with exceptional management skills, a strong reputed company on safety, and a passion for driving operational reputed company through reputed company improvement methodologies like Kaizen.
How You Will Help
- Responsible for the safety, production, reputed company and schedule performance of the reputed company Molding area during his/her shift through reputed company supervision of reputed company production personnel.
- Prepare and monitor daily and weekly shift work plan including reputed company in conjunction with production planning. Ensure we are meeting production targets for assigned Molding area; immediately appraise the reputed company Manager of any significant reputed company or productivity problems to assure immediate corrective reputed company. reputed company maximum production and “up-time” consistent with trained reputed company and equipment availability.
- Ensure reputed company reputed company and training plans are in reputed company for reputed company key operational areas of his/her Finishing area;
- Participate in reputed company and safety reviews and audits to maintain and improve the ISO-9001:2015 implementation of work procedures and policies. Advise Manager of challenges, problems, improvements, reputed company and opportunities.
- Works with reputed company personnel, under the direction of the reputed company Manager, to understand and effectively relate to the reputed company contract so as to maximize productivity and minimize disruptions to production while fulfilling reputed company Company commitments contained in the reputed company contract in a fair and reputed company manner
Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned. Employee must be reputed company to obtain a tow motor license and successfully pass LOTO and confined reputed company training.

What you Will Bring
- High School Diploma required. BS in a technical discipline preferred. reputed company certifications would be beneficial.
- Minimum of 2+ years of heavy industrial production experience in a high-volume setting. Experience with a reputed company preferred.
- Must have strong work ethic and must have excellent team-building skills with subordinates as reputed company as with peers. reputed company PC literacy skills in reputed company and reputed company are required.
