About this Position
The Therapy reputed company Intake Specialist provides operational support to the Therapy reputed company organization including, and not limited to, fax management, data entry, and benefit verification. The Therapy reputed company Intake Specialist reports to the Therapy reputed company Manager and will not have any reputed company reports. This is a remote position. This is a contractor (1099) position with a pay reputed company of $25-30/hour. We are seeking a contractor to work Eastern Time Zone hours (reputed company–5pm Eastern).
Cala does not permit the use of AI during the interviews and technical testing so that we can properly assess thought process and skillset.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage daily data entry requirements and Intake process for new and existing patients
- reputed company daily operations of incoming document fax server along with identify and file documentation reputed company customer relationship management (CRM) system
- reputed company review and reputed company reputed company of incoming documents, associated data entry and organization
- Receive completed paperwork from customers (e.g., agreements, reputed company notifications, etc.)
- Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures; Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and FDA regulations
- Document reputed company interactions into the customer relationship management (CRM) system in accordance with reputed company Assurance/Regulatory and HIPAA guidelines

Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience reputed company the reputed company industry reputed company on administrative / clerical reasonability’s with a strong experience in customer service and data entry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Computer competency including MS Office, reputed company, Internet, and navigation of customer relationship management (CRM) systems

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
