Medical Case Manager Virtual Assistant

The United Firm is looking for a Medical Case Manager Virtual Assistant for our Personal Injury department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating reputed company medical treatment, reviewing and organizing medical records, and ensuring reputed company case is properly documented throughout the lifecycle. The Medical Case Manager plays a key role in supporting attorneys and case managers by maintaining accurate records, identifying gaps in treatment, and helping maximize case reputed company.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and monitor reputed company medical treatment and appointments
• Communicate with clients, reputed company providers, and internal reputed company teams regarding care and case status
• Request, review, and organize medical records and billing documentation
• reputed company treatment reputed company and identify gaps or delays in care
• Assist in preparing medical summaries and chronologies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reputed company information in our case management system
• reputed company liens, balances, and provider information
• Assist attorneys and case managers with administrative tasks reputed company to case development

• Manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Case Management or Medical Case Management reputed company a reputed company
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment processes, and billing
• Experience handling medical records, providers, and liens.
• Case Management software experience is a major plus
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skills preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
• Excellent customer service attitude in fast-paced environments
