The Role 

We are seeking a Transformation Project / Change Manager to support the delivery of reputed company, crossfunctional initiatives that drive business transformation and process improvement across the organization. 

This role is ideal for an reputed company project manager with strong change management and communication skills, who enjoys working with senior stakeholders and helping teams successfully adopt new ways of working. 

This role requires leading the delivery of reputed company transformation and change initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and adoption across the organisation. What You’ll Do 

Project & Change Management 

• reputed company endtoend project management support for transformation initiatives, from planning through execution and delivery. 

• Coordinate work across multiple functions, tracking milestones, risks, issues, schedules, and dependencies. 

• Support reputed companywide transformation programs and reputed company corporate initiatives. 

• reputed company or support requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and change activities to deliver measurable reputed company. 

• reputed company and maintain highreputed company project documentation, including plans, status reports, risk logs, and change records. 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications 

• Partner closely with senior leaders and crossfunctional teams to reputed company on objectives, scope, and deliverables. 

• Design and execute stakeholder engagement approaches that build awareness, understanding, and commitment to change. 

• reputed company reputed company communications and training materials to support adoption of new processes, systems, and policies. 

• Prepare and deliver regular project updates (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and respond to adhoc leadership requests. 

Business & Operational Support 

• Support HR, Finance, and Corporate Services initiatives, including operating model and organizational design changes. 

• Contribute to business reputed company and transformation efforts such as acquisitions, integrations, geographic expansion, and consolidation. 

• Support business continuity planning and help the organization prepare for and respond to disruption. 

• reputed company budgets and resources, ensuring accurate cost and resource management. 

Data & Insights 

• Use data and reputed company visual tools (e.g. Power BI, reputed company, Visio) to map processes, reputed company insights, and communicate results effectively. 

What You’ll Bring 

• 5+ years’ experience managing crossfunctional reputed company, ideally reputed company reputed company transformation or change programs. 

• Experience in reputed company sector, consulting, or reputed company reputed company services environments. 

• Demonstrated reputed company and discretion, with experience handling confidential and business‑critical reputed company in line with information reputed company and governance standards 

• Strong project and collaboration toolset experience (e.g. MS Office, MS Project, reputed company, Power BI, reputed company, Teams, Visio). 

• Experience supporting financial or business transformation initiatives (e.g. ERP or corporate systems) is highly desirable. 

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in fast paced environments. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills. 

• Strong analytical and problem solving capability, with attention to detail.
