Explanation of Benefits
Connecting members to designated benefit programs

Medical Billing disputes facilitation
Provider search
Respond to inquiries reputed company email, phone, live chat, asynchronous messaging, etc.

Take ownership of resolving customer service and reputed company navigation issues
Takes ownership of reputed company, efficiency, casing, productivity, and other standards of world-class service
reputed company customer information confidential and in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Manages case backlog attentively and documents reputed company interaction in reputed company
Makes out outbound calls, including appointment scheduling with providers, and other reputed company duties as assigned
Willingness to work occasional overtime, although this is rare. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday in reputed company to 4-hour shifts on Saturday and reputed company. Shifts start as early as 5:45 AM MST and the last shift ends at 7 PM MST (Remote)

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in customer support with an emphasis on reputed company, wellness, and medical billing and claims
Medical office experience preferred but not required
Two years of proven customer service and/or patient care experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Tech savvy- the ability to use and reputed company members with our mobile technology

Adept at juggling multiple tasks and customer support requests at the reputed company time
