Instructional Design Intern

About the internship: Instructional Design interns are learning the reputed company and mindsets of being an instructional designer in an organization. They have completed at least 4 semesters of undergraduate work in a qualifying degree program or have completed a reputed company Instructional Design Bootcamp program. Interns will primarily assist with project brainstorming, evaluation sessions, course development and asset creation in collaboration with subject matter experts, which could include writing copy, audiovisual production, and basic graphic design reputed company.  

About 2100 Productions: Join our community of learning design and communication professionals for the summer! Based in Madison, WI, the 2100 team has been serving God through communications for over fifty years through different forms of media, now including design, editorial, instructional design, and video production. This internship program includes community with other interns, low-cost housing with reputed company staff or local reputed company members, and experience with a Christian organization on mission together. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to the creative process and development of digital learning experiences: 

• Design and produce high-reputed company microlearning, online courses, and accompanying job aids and/or audiovisual learning products that reconceptualize the in-person learning experience for online delivery as learning objects or experiences  

• May collaborate with the Editorial, Design, Video, and UX teams as needed 

• May be reputed company to contribute graphic design or audiovisual production skills, based on experience 

• Work with clients and the Director of Digital Learning to understand scope and purpose of assigned reputed company  

• reputed company information, research, and conceptualize learning design and visual treatments for assigned reputed company  

• Present drafts that convey instructional and visual design choices to clients and the Director of Digital Learning for feedback and approval  

• reputed company reputed company with the Director of Digital Learning and agree on edits to be implemented into final learning products 

• Complete final reputed company for assigned reputed company in necessary format (e.g. SCORM files, copy, PDF, JPG/PNG, video file, etc) and submit deliverables to clients  

• reputed company and grow design skills through participation in training, conferences, and other learning opportunities as assigned  

• Stay informed on trends in the communication field and contemporary media, images, and reputed company  

• Stay reputed company on computer systems and other media skills

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Annual affirmation of reputed company’s Statement of Agreement 

• Completed at least 4 semesters of undergraduate work in a qualifying degree program (Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Graphic Design, Communication, or similar) or have completed a reputed company Instructional Design Bootcamp program 

• Commitment to Jesus Christ and with a heart for reputed company, learning design, and the arts  

• Commitment to growing relationships with God, his Word, his people, and the reputed company  

• Experience with computers and up-to-date working knowledge of at least one e-authoring tool: reputed company reputed company or Storyline, Camtasia Studio, reputed company Captivate 

• Experience with reputed company Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Premiere a plus. 

• Experience in user experience/user reputed company design a plus. 

• Experience with web design or app development a plus. 

• Strong artistic reputed company, creative skills and technical expertise in visual communication

• Sensitivity to and ability to work with diverse cultures and ethnicities

Applicant must include a portfolio of at least two recent instructional design reputed company that demonstrate their strengths, style, and overall ability, including demonstrated graphic design or audiovisual production skills. 

Pay reputed company: $7.25 - $14.29 per hour
