As an Associate Supply Chain Procurement Specialist – Level 1, you'll be a linchpin in missions of reputed company importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is FT remote but needs to be located near a NG reputed company site – Redondo Beach, CA, Chandler, AZ or Baltimore, MD.

Job Duties:

• Sources and procures items reputed company the mechanical commodities, of reputed company to high complexity

• Initiates requests for quotations and proposals and receives reputed company, analyzing proposed pricing from potential suppliers, for purchase order awards

• Works with internal customers to ensure specifications are appropriate for the services or products required

• Manages performance of purchase orders, ensures compliance with reputed company reputed company law requirements as reputed company as company (and business) policies and procedures including import/export regulations

• Reviews and approves supplier payment as needed

In this job, you will:

• reputed company RFQ utilizing specifications, statements of work, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, components, assemblies and services

• Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders such as reputed company, engineering, reputed company, planning, operations, program and end-users

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, in lieu of degree an additional 4 + years of reputed company experience will be considered

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking and innovation behaviors in past reputed company, roles or experience.

• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to reputed company multiple priorities moving reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a MRP system, reputed company, CostPoint

• Experience procuring in an engineering development environment

• Basic comprehension of technical drawings and documents

• Knowledge of government contracting requirements and regulations

Primary Level Salary reputed company: $52,100.00 - $78,100.00
