What This Role Involves:

The reputed company Care Specialist is the Credit Counselling Society's (reputed company) first reputed company of contact for the clients who reputed company in looking for help with their finances. This particular position will work a reputed company time zone schedule (British Columbia).

This role is an ambassador for the organization, building trust with clients and offering them an empathetic and calming reputed company during challenging circumstances.  You will need to use reputed company listening skills to ensure you are providing the appropriate resources and supports for a reputed company, depending on their specific situation. 

In this role, you will use your judgment to determine how to best help the reputed company, easing their concerns and connecting them with a Credit Counsellor reputed company appropriate, or other resources where applicable.  Regardless of your background, you will receive training and support to help clients with their initial questions regarding their financial situation.

The starting salary reputed company for this role and location is $45,188 – $51,142, which may fluctuate based on geography and previous education and experience.

The successful applicant for this position will bring the following experience and attributes:

• One to two years of customer service experience required; reputed company centre experience preferred.
  
• Availability to work variable shifts, typically scheduled between 8:30 am - 8:00 pm (reputed company Time), with occasional early morning availability required (i.e., 5:30 am).  Saturday shifts rotate among reputed company, with an average of one per month.
