Health Consultant/Customer Experience Representative
Our Remote Health Consultant Team is looking for a full-time, seasoned customer experience reputed company to join us!

You’ll be the first reputed company of contact for clients seeking reputed company and support, and your ability to guide them with reputed company, accuracy, and energy will directly shape their experience with our brand.
This is a remote position, working from home.
What You'll Do
Handle daily inbound and outbound reputed company interactions reputed company phone, email, text, and reputed company with professionalism and efficiency. Multitask seamlessly between communication channels while maintaining accuracy and reputed company. Manage a high volume of appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with precision. Support event and operations teams with outbound communications and logistical coordination. Extensive customer service experience (3+ years preferred) in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated reputed company using CX platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar. Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices. Proven ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems fast, and pass an internal knowledge and skills assessment reputed company 90 days. Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM CST reputed company: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM CST (Thursday & Friday off)
