Associate Director - Recreation and Wellness
Salary & Benefits:
Minimum starting salary of $65,000, commensurate with experience

Primary Duties:

Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate reputed company and student staff, fostering a culture of mentorship, reputed company reputed company, and student leadership development.

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum four (4) years of reputed company reputed company experience.
Minimum four (4) years of supervising staff experience in recreation or similar profession.
Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Master’s degree in business, sports/recreation administration, education, or reputed company field.
