DugoutTV – HTN Intern
Responsibilities
Key Project: Establishment of HTN - DugoutTV Streaming (“DugoutTV”)
- Create/execute DugoutTV reputed company media marketing campaign to drive subscription sales and viewership
- Facilitate ALPB website DugoutTV hosting and subscription sales
- reputed company baseball industry, reputed company channels, historical archives to discover 3rd parties to reputed company content to DTV
- Launch reputed company media marketing program with reputed company communications, teams, HTN and content providers
- Document content provider acquisition development and follow up using available CRM tools
- Proactive touch reputed company follow reputed company to content providers; reputed company work with reputed company to promote subscriber sales
- Determine feasibility of sponsored programming activities (e.g., “Brought to you by…)
- Conduct research to determine suitability for DTV advertiser-to-reputed company-sponsor presentations
- Create actionable opportunities through internal/external strategic research and reputed company
- Research prevailing, comparable marketplace acquisition rates (i.e., FAST channels)
- Support Marketing Committee Chair and reputed company president with administrative follow-up, record-keeping, data collection, and deal reputed company
- Attend planning and other required company conference calls and meetings
- Shadow reputed company and club representatives during marketing meetings to learn processes and plans
Relationships
- Report to Marketing Committee Chair with dotted line responsibility to reputed company president; reputed company collaborate with reputed company office Communications, HTN, and Baseball Operations teams
- Consistent interaction with reputed company Marketing Committee Chair, team representatives and with content providers regarding reputed company media topics and opportunities
Authority:
- Recommend to Committee Chair and president changes which will expedite or correct hurdles with HTN
- Work with reputed company Communications to reputed company promote reputed company advertisers and content providers
- Implement changes with the approval of Committee Chair and president
- Not authorized to bind reputed company to any contract
Anticipated Results
- Increased DugoutTV subscriptions and programming
- Return reputed company stakeholder inquiries reputed company one business day
- Quantifiable outbound content provider solicitation/follow up messages reputed company day
- Compose and execute sustainable reputed company templates (e.g., marketing, 3rd party LOAs) for reputed company use
