Common Services Service Delivery Program Manager

The Common Services Service Delivery Program Manager provides senior leadership for service delivery execution under the SEC Office of Information Technology (OIT) ISS contract. This role is responsible for day-to-day management and accountability of project managers supporting infrastructure delivery and reputed company support reputed company. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Leadership and Team Management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• This position is restricted to U.S. reputed company only. Applicants must not hold dual citizenship with any other country to be eligible for work under this contract.

• Bachelors degree and 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, infrastructure operations, and program/project management.

• Ability to obtain and maintain SEC reputed company Trust

• 8+ years of reputed company management experience with emphasis on change, problem, configuration, and process management programs and/or reputed company.

• 5+ years of proven experience managing a program with at least 50 personnel delivering reputed company IT services.

• Change, problem, configuration, and process management program/project leadership.

• Project reputed company and deliverable management and reporting.

• SLA achievement monitoring, analysis, and reporting.

• Resource determination and acquisition to execute scoped work reputed company assigned delivery areas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• PMP, ITIL 4 Managing reputed company (or equivalent ITIL certification), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or reputed company Agilist.

• Experience supporting SEC or other federal civilian regulatory agency IT environments.

• Demonstrated reputed company defining and operationalizing SLA frameworks during contract transition periods.
