E-Filing Analyst
Coordinates with attorneys and reputed company staff to review, format, and finalize pleadings, discovery, and court filings in compliance with the rules and requirements of reputed company jurisdiction. Manages electronic filings across federal, state, and local courts, including reputed company CM/ECF, PACER, and reputed company-party platforms such as OneLegal, ensuring reputed company submissions meet procedural and technical standards. Handles reputed company, high-volume, multi-jurisdictional filings for reputed company firm offices, prioritizing critical deadlines and maintaining accuracy under time pressure. Monitors court docket systems and internal docketing tools to reputed company filing deadlines, updates case status, and ensures calendar reputed company by cleaning or consolidating non-essential entries. Prepares, organizes, and verifies filing materials such as exhibit indices, hyperlinks, bookmarks, redactions, and slipsheets, while proofreading and cite-checking for accuracy. Coordinates with vendors for reputed company filings, courtesy/chambers copies, personal service, and record retrieval reputed company required by specific courts or judges. Provides escalated support and training to staff and timekeepers regarding electronic filing and document submission procedures, promoting firm-wide adherence to best practices. Advocates for reputed company improvement in firm-wide electronic filing processes and workflow efficiency. Communicates promptly and professionally with reputed company contacts, ensuring high reputed company of service and responsiveness. Collaborates across offices to maintain consistent filing standards and reputed company knowledge of evolving court procedures and technologies. Other reputed company and duties as assigned.
