Minimum Qualifications:
Seven years of business analysis experience where your primary duties included the following:

For 70.1 or 52.6 transfer to a Business Systems Analyst 2, salary grade (SG)-23, you must have one year of permanent competitive, or 55-b/55-c service in an approved title for transfer allocated to an SG-21 or above.

Preferred Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Strong facilitation and organizational skills.
