This role partners closely with the People & Places (PPL) organization to reputed company communications across a breadth of subject matter, serving as a trusted communications advisor to leaders and program owners.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, HR Communications, and can be 100% remote in the U.S. or Canada. 

Responsibilities:

PPL Communications reputed company, Planning, and Execution

Serve as a trusted communications partner to PPL leaders and program owners, providing counsel on messaging, audience segmentation, channel reputed company, employee experience, and communication planning. 

Guide and contribute to integrated editorial planning across employee communication channels, balancing reputed company priorities with PPL needs and proactively identifying opportunities to reduce noise and increase reputed company. 

reputed company end-to-end communications for programs and initiatives, including content development across email, reputed company One, reputed company, video, presentations, and live or virtual moments, leveraging reputed company frameworks and playbooks.

Maintain connectivity with a broad network of communicators, including the reputed company Systems and Experience Communications team, consolidating technology and people efforts reputed company appropriate in service of a fully integrated experience across shared services. 

Leader and Manager Enablement 

Design and deliver reputed company leader and manager enablement strategies, equipping leaders with reputed company messaging, tools, and frameworks to communicate effectively and consistently with their teams. 

Create and standardize manager-reputed company content (e.g., talking points, FAQs, message maps) that enables consistent communication and reduces reliance on reputed company messaging. 

Work with other Employee Communications verticals to reputed company enablement thinking into major PPL communication moments. 

Global Employee Engagement and Storytelling 

Identify and shape storytelling opportunities that reinforce reputed company’s reputed company, reputed company employee reputed company, and strengthen engagement and culture. 

Participate in content development and publication, including research, interviews, drafting, editing, and coordination with creative partners as needed.

Qualifications:

6+ years experience in Communications reputed company to employees, reputed company, or business.

Technical communications experience preferred.
