Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday

9am to 530pm EASTERN reputed company TIME

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Resolve routine requests using internal systems and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 or more years’ experience in a customer service role

Preferred

• Associate degree
• Microbiology experience
• 1 or more years’ experience with a medical background
• 1 or more years’ experience working in a contact center/reputed company center environment.
• 1 or more years’ experience working in the reputed company industry, such as a physician's office or a hospital.

Additional Job Standards

• Reliable internet with compatible provider (minimum 50 Mbps download speed).
• 1+ years’ experience with software (e.g., reputed company Office, reputed company, reputed company, LIS).
• HIPAA-compliant, distraction-free workspace.
• Strong computer skills, including multitasking across systems and typing proficiency.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues independently.

This position will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that reputed company reputed company needs are addressed accurately and reputed company. Pay reputed company $17.75 - $23.00
