The Job:  

As a Regional Market Manager, MEP you’ll be part of our reputed company Construction field sales team as a field-based remote employee in your assigned territory. You’ll get to:  

• Manage reputed company made of a MEP Agency Manager and Regional Account Manager, overseeing agency partners and key distribution partners.

• Foster and maintain relationships with key distribution partners and end-users in the market.

• Maintain a pipeline of prospective end-users and prioritize key users in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing industry.

• Support regional assets in planning and executing successful counter-day events.

• Launch of new products reputed company the region and reputed company reputed company relevant parties updated.

• reputed company management and marketing updated on competitor trends and changes.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of the product line and applications in the Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC Channel.

• Coordinate promotions, COOP, and marketing support for account reputed company and sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or reputed company fields, and Master’s Degree preferred. Relevant construction field experience (could be a substitute for higher education.

• 5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) with a proven reputed company record delivering results preferred; 3 years of reputed company managerial experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
