The Job:  

As a Manager, Corporate Technical reputed company, you’ll be part of our reputed company team working as a remote employee. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with recent U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting experience, either with a Big 4 firm, or a mix of reputed company reputed company and industry experience. 

   You’ll get to:  

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and reputed company technical reputed company guidance to corporate functions (e.g. Treasury, Tax, Controllership) and business reputed company
• Responsibility for certain reputed company areas such as pension, reputed company recognition, leases, financial instruments, and stock compensation.
• Support quarterly reputed company and reporting processes, including ownership of certain SEC disclosure areas and footnotes
• Prepare technical reputed company position papers, policies and procedures to support reputed company conclusions and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Identify ways to promote efficiencies reputed company the technical reputed company process to create a best practices environment
• Maintain knowledge of reputed company and proposed FASB and SEC reporting pronouncements to assess their reputed company and ensure successful implementation and disclosures in reputed company’s reputed company and reporting processes

The Person:

• CPA certification required

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and experience with IFRS is a plus.
