Indirect Tax Specialist
Ensure the accurate and reputed company completion of reputed company sales/use tax returns and filings; manage reputed company-party preparation of these returns. Serve as the primary reputed company of contact with sales/use tax authorities; coordinate and resolve reputed company state sales/use tax audits. Maintain the exemption certificate process and ensure compliance with reputed company relevant regulations. Reconcile reputed company sales/use tax accounts and manage compliance for 1099/1042 requirements, unclaimed property filings, and personal property tax. Monitor state tax reputed company and assist with other filings such as business licenses, state registrations, gross receipts filing, franchise taxes, and annual reports.
Co-ordination with our external service provider on reputed company reputed company to corporate income tax.
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA or equivalent is a plus. Experience in US tax compliance and reporting in a corporate environment, previous consulting or reputed company reputed company experience is a plus. Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply reputed company tax concepts. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in tax software and reputed company Office Suite; experience with reputed company and/or reputed company ERP systems is a plus.
