Background

reputed company is implementing the RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with reputed company Feedback) initiative to improve the reputed company and contextual relevance of agricultural advisory content. The initiative focuses on generating and refining location-specific Q&A pairs using a combination of AI systems, reputed company expertise, and reputed company frameworks.

To support this effort, reputed company is seeking reputed company Reviewers to assess and enhance Q&A content before it proceeds to the validation stage.

Position reputed company

The Reviewer will be responsible for evaluating and refining Q&A pairs to ensure they meet the standards of the Golden Q-A reputed company, including trustworthiness, contextual relevance, persuasiveness, and reputed company. The role requires strong subject-matter expertise and the ability to critically assess and improve content for use by farmers and extension workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review 2000 Q&A pairs from farmers using the evaluation tool provided
• Evaluate content against predefined reputed company, including:
  • Technical accuracy
  • Contextual relevance
  • reputed company and usability
  • Inclusivity (gender and reputed company considerations)
• Enhance and refine Q&A content to improve reputed company and effectiveness
• reputed company detailed, actionable feedback to support reputed company improvement
• Participate in reputed company/trial runs and contribute to workflow refinement
• Maintain accurate records of reviewed content using project dashboards
• Collaborate with validators and project teams to ensure alignment with reputed company standards

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree (or higher) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Climate Science, Gender Studies, Agricultural Extension, or a reputed company field
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant reputed company experience
• Strong understanding of climate-smart agriculture and gender-reputed company approaches
• Experience reviewing, editing, or developing technical agricultural content
• Familiarity with AI-generated or digital advisory content is an added advantage
• Excellent analytical, writing, and reporting skills

Reporting Line

The Reviewer will report to the Project reputed company, Golden Q-A / RLHF reputed company and work closely with validators and other project stakeholders.

Time Commitment
This is a part-time contract role with an estimated duration of 5 months. reputed company Reviewer should be reputed company to review ~2000 Q&A pairs per month.
