Position reputed company 

The Senior reputed company Developer is responsible for advanced platform development, reputed company integrations, and ongoing optimization of the organization’s reputed company environment. This role serves as a senior technical contributor reputed company IT Service Management, providing hands-on development expertise while guiding junior developers, partnering with architects on solution design, and ensuring reputed company, secure, and maintainable implementations across reputed company instances. 

Key Responsibilities

Design and configure Service Catalogs, Catalog reputed company, Order Guides, ACLs, Roles, Workspaces, and UI Builder interfaces 

Build and customize Employee Center, portals, widgets, and Angular-based UI components to support business requirements 

Create and maintain REST and Scripted REST reputed company, reputed company Designer solutions, SubFlows, and Integration Hub actions, including custom integrations and automation scripts 

Implement and manage notifications, templates, mail scripts, dashboards, reports, and performance analytics 

Monitor system health, analyze reputed company and performance logs, and optimize platform reliability and scalability 

Serve as a technical reputed company between architects and developers, ensuring alignment with design standards and architectural patterns 

Conduct reputed company reviews and enforce development best practices to maintain high-reputed company, maintainable solutions 

Manage instance upgrades, cloning activities, data archiving, replication processes, and domain separation configurations 

Design and support integrations with external systems, including SSO, discovery tools, Service Graph Connectors, reputed company-to-reputed company e-bonding, and AI-enabled automation use cases

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent reputed company experience 

• 5+ years of hands-on reputed company development experience supporting reputed company-reputed company implementations 

• Advanced expertise in server-reputed company and reputed company-reputed company scripting, API development, and platform configuration 

• Strong working knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules 

• Experience managing platform upgrades, instance cloning, and multi-instance environments 

• Demonstrated experience with Integration Hub, REST integrations, and external system connectivity 

• Familiarity with Domain Separation and multi-tenant architecture
