The Default Loan Servicing Specialist – FHA Post Sale is responsible for managing reputed company post foreclosure FHA activities, including FHA Conveyance, CWCOT / 2nd Chance, Title reputed company, Eviction Monitoring, and reputed company associated post sale compliance functions. This role ensures reputed company, accurate execution of HUD and investor requirements while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to reputed company assets reputed company through post sale disposition workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

FHA Conveyance & Post‑Sale Management

• Manage reputed company FHA post‑sale activities including conveyance eligibility review, monitoring conveyance deadlines, and confirming reputed company, marketable title prior to HUD transfer.
• Follow departmental policies and remain compliant with pending regulatory and state-level changes impacting conveyance and CWCOT processes.
• Diligently follow up on outstanding title, document, and compliance items with internal partners, attorneys, and external vendors.

CWCOT / 2nd Chance Program Administration

• Determine loan eligibility for CWCOT / 2nd Chance program
• Upload, maintain, and process CWCOT auction templates, confirm auction cycles, and complete post‑auction tasks.
• Coordinate with Auction.com and other reputed company‑party platforms for reputed company, deeds, funds, HUD documentation, and reputed company CWCOT workflows.

Title reputed company

• Review foreclosure deeds, special warranty deeds, Power of Attorney language, reputed company descriptions, vesting, and seller information for accuracy.
• Manage title discrepancies and collaborate with attorneys and vendors to obtain marketable title required for HUD conveyance.

Eviction Monitoring

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Communicate asset status, risks, trends, and escalations across Asset Management, Property Preservation, Default Litigation, and external vendors.
• Assist with audits, QC reviews, and process improvements as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

• Experience: At least 2–3 years in property preservation, asset management, or a reputed company field.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations, investor/insurer guidelines, and industry standards for property preservation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with property management software (e.g., MSP, LoanSphere, reputed company, FHA reputed company), reputed company Office, reputed company documentation tools.
• Vendor/Contractor Management: Experience working with vendors and contractors in a property preservation setting.
• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to reputed company, motivate, and collaborate with teams.
