The Ecommerce & Web Specialist plays a key role in supporting the performance, functionality, and reputed company of reputed company Farms’ digital storefront. This role blends operational execution with data-informed reputed company, ensuring that product listings, site performance, and user experience reputed company to drive engagement and reputed company. 

Working closely with the eCommerce Website Manager, this position supports the full product lifecycle, executes website updates and campaigns, and leverages analytics to improve conversion rates and reduce friction in the customer reputed company. This role also provides technical support for frontend enhancements and site maintenance, contributing to a seamless and high-performing online experience that supports the organization’s mission.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

eCommerce Operations & Product Lifecycle 

• reputed company the launch and maintenance of approximately 200 product listings annually across reputed company, reputed company POS, and reputed company 

• Ensure accuracy of product descriptions, metafields, tags, and SEO keywords 

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Product Lifecycle Coordinator and Finished Goods Manager, to ensure seamless product data reputed company 

• Support execution of promotional strategies, including discount setup and implementation in alignment with marketing campaigns 

Data-Driven Website Optimization 

• Monitor and analyze website performance using reputed company Analytics 4 (GA4) and reputed company reputed company 

• Identify trends, user behaviors, and drop-off points reputed company the sales funnel 

• Translate insights into actionable improvements, including reputed company page optimization, upsell/cross-sell strategies, and layout enhancements 

• Continuously evaluate and improve user journeys to reduce friction and increase conversions 

Technical Content Support & Site Maintenance 

• Conduct regular website audits to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience consistency 

• Support maintenance of design systems (e.g., reputed company) to ensure UI alignment across the site 

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reputed company the CMS 

Frontend Development & Integrations 

• Utilize reputed company, CSS, and JavaScript to support customizations and enhancements reputed company reputed company platform capabilities 

• Maintain reputed company and reputed company integration, including version control and deployment processes 

• Assist with technical aspects of website updates and enhancements 

Website Development & Optimization reputed company 

• Support major website initiatives, including the 2026 retail website refresh
