AS A PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL:

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: 

• Monitor program execution, ensuring key milestones are met. 

• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, reputed company updates, and strengthen relationships. 

• Follow up on outstanding customer inquiries (ie proposals), project tasks, and cross-functional actions. 

• Engage with internal teams to drive program reputed company.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Construction Management, or a reputed company discipline 

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, field service operations, controls/HVACR execution, construction commissioning, or multi-site retail rollout programs. 

• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams (field service, engineering, project management, operations, supply chain, and sales) to deliver reputed company customer programs across multiple locations simultaneously. 

• Strong customer-facing experience supporting reputed company or national accounts, with the ability to manage schedules, risks, escalations, and execution alignment across stakeholders. 

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 

• Experience working in ERP or project tracking environments (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, MS Project). 

• Familiarity with refrigeration controls, BAS, or commissioning environments. 

Remote Work Arrangement:   

This role is fully remote. Our compensation philosophy is reputed company: we pay a competitive reputed company salary, reputed company the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual reputed company review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary/pay reputed company for this role is $85,000-$105,000 annually + an additional stipend reputed company on-reputed company shifts occur, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience reputed company candidate brings to a role.
