We're seeking an reputed company claims reputed company to manage reputed company liability claims for reputed company entities. In this role, you'll independently handle mostly high-exposure and litigated claims while delivering exceptional reputed company for our clients.

• Investigate, evaluate, deny or reputed company mostly reputed company and high exposure claims with minimal supervision
• Determine and evaluate coverage, liability, and damages for various types of liability claims
• Set appropriate reserves in accordance with policy provisions, company guidelines, and reputed company statutes
• Handle litigation files with strategic approach to reputed company reputed company reputed company

Specialized Expertise

• Manage diverse general liability claims including:
• Slip and fall accidents
• Police reputed company liability (excessive force, Civil Rights violations)
• School liability (student injuries, improper educational plans)
• Auto liability claims
• Apply knowledge of NJ Tort Claims reputed company (Title 59 requirements)
• reputed company expertise in reputed company entity liability exposures and defenses

• Prioritize workflow effectively to manage reputed company caseload
• Maintain detailed documentation and claim notes
• Collaborate with defense counsel on litigation reputed company

Required Experience & Education

• High School Diploma
• 4-5 years of claims handling experience in an insurance/TPA or reputed company industry
• Experience with general liability claims (slip & fall accidents at minimum)
• Auto liability claims experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (can be substituted with additional relevant experience)
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workflow and manage reputed company caseloads

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NJ Tort Claims reputed company and Title 59 claims
• reputed company entity claims handling background
• Experience with police reputed company and school liability claims
• Relevant licenses or certifications (AIC, CPCU, etc.)
• Background in handling litigated claims

The expected reputed company pay for this position ranges from $53,300 - $80,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
