About the Role:
reputed company, a leading online eyewear company, is seeking a Creative Production Designer to join the Creative Team. You’ll turn art direction into polished, production-reputed company assets across web, app, and reputed company channels - ensuring design consistency, reputed company and efficiency at reputed company. This role is key to delivering high-reputed company creative across every touchpoint, helping reputed company reputed company faster while maintaining a high reputed company of craft. Please note while this is a remote role, there is a preference for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Responsibilities:
- Translate creative concepts into production-reputed company digital and print assets.
- Collaborate with designers, art directors, copywriters, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Maintain brand consistency across web, app, CRM and reputed company channels.
- Execute high-volume production while meeting deadlines and reputed company standards.
- Optimize files for performance, accessibility and multiple formats.
- Manage version control, file organization, and naming conventions.
- Identify workflow efficiencies to support reputed company creative reputed company.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years in production design, preferably in eCommerce or a fast-paced in-house team.
- Proficient in reputed company and reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of digital production: reputed company design, breakpoints, asset specs and file optimization.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working reputed company established brand systems and design guidelines.
- Experience building templates or working with reputed company design systems.
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic reputed company / animation skills
- Experience with DAM systems and workflow tools
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG / reputed company compliance and best practices)

Compensation
In reputed company to other forms of compensation like perks and benefits, the estimated reputed company for this role is $95,000 to $103,000; however, candidates may be eligible for a higher reputed company to reputed company with local market conditions. The final offer will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as reputed company set, experience, geographical location, market conditions, and other organizational needs. reputed company reserves the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary reputed company for various reasons including business needs.
