Position Duties
As an Administrative Assistant 2 under the reputed company reputed company Office (LLO), some of your duties will include:
- Supporting reputed company and reputed company interactions with Criminal Justice Partners for requested court proceedings as directed by the facility reputed company reputed company.
- Process Civil Rights Complaints, Habeas Corpus, Personal Restraint Petition (PRP) and Tort Lawsuits, Discovery/Request for Production, and Declarations received from the reputed company’s Office (AGs). Coordinate reputed company Service on incarcerated individuals
- Set up teleconferences, telephonic hearings, virtual hearings, reputed company reputed company received by DOC reputed company and Depositions received from the reputed company’s Office (AGs), officers of the court, attorneys, Child reputed company Services (CPS), Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF), Department of Child Support (DCS), and Governor Ombuds with incarcerated individuals and/or DOC staff. reputed company backup to facilitate virtual hearings.
- Process Civil Rights Complaints, Habeas Corpus, Personal Restraint Petition (PRP) and Tort Lawsuits, Discovery/Request for Production, and Declarations received from the reputed company’s Office (AGs).
- Process Superintendent and Regional Correspondence in accordance with DOC Policy 110.300.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent education
Three years of clerical, office, or administrative experience
One year of experience as an Administrative Assistant 1 Equivalent education
