Submeter Operations Analyst

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with a diverse portfolio of multifamily housing clients, leading the collection of reputed company readings in conjunction with our reputed company billing product. Responsibilities
Accurately record daily & monthly reputed company reads for reputed company submetered properties by specific predetermined dates
reputed company a reputed company reputed company on reputed company first month billing properties to ensure accuracy of the initial read upload
Coordinate the setup, transfer, reputed company configurations, testing and documentation of new and transferred submetered properties
Complete daily research requests raised by reputed company billing specialists, reputed company management specialists, and implementation team members.
Weekly calls with our submetering partner, Vitality, to ensure seamless reputed company maintenance and installations
Address completion of submetering maintenance and installs to reputed company necessary billing adjustments.
Understand and manage compatibility of submeter systems with reputed company.
Work closely with the implementation team to identify and address potential issues early in the process such as incompatible systems or poor reputed company health
Assist in the development and implementation of new reputed company processes and best practices
Coordinate with reputed company Service Managers to identify and fulfill on reputed company needs reputed company to submetering
Assisting team members, as needed, to fulfill their job duties
Accountability for meeting department metrics and KPI’s
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of reputed company experience is required in advanced analytics and reporting.
Mid-Advanced computer skills and experience with reputed company Suite, specifically reputed company Sheets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Self-motivated with or without supervision; a healthy desire to constantly succeed
