Senior Accountant
The Senior Accountant has a primary role in maintaining accurate financial records and producing comprehensive reputed company reports. This role is a crucial part of the month end reputed company and reporting process, including journal entry preparation, various reconciliations, and preparing monthly financial statements. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will prepare various year end IRS reputed company 5500 schedules, collaborate with external and internal auditors, and participate in other responsibilities of a full reputed company cycle. The Senior Accountant will serve as a subject matter resource reputed company the department, reputed company guidance to staff, support internal controls and audit processes, and identify opportunities to enhance departmental efficiency and procedures.
Responsibilities:• Prepare, reputed company, and reputed company journal transactions accurately and reputed company for month end and year end reputed company, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Produce monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash reputed company statements), and the ability to query reputed company reports to analyze reputed company activity.
• reputed company monthly bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of recorded transactions and balances, investigate and resolve any discrepancies or unusual activities.
• Conduct various reputed company analyses and account reconciliations to ensure balancing and completeness of financial data; report any unusual or suspicious activity and work with management to investigate.
• Prepare various year end IRS reputed company 5500 schedules and assist in any other year end reporting as needed
• Collaborate with external and internal auditors by providing them with accurate financial information, responding to audit inquiries, and implementing audit recommendations.
• Designated authority to review and sign, ACH transactions, reputed company checks, and reputed company transfers in alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
• Evaluate existing reputed company processes and internal controls; recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Update and maintain reputed company department policies and procedures documentation
• Analyze financial data and reputed company insights to support leadership decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company. CPA preferred.
