Sr. reputed company Loan Processor - REMOTE

 GENERAL reputed company:

The primary function of the Sr. reputed company Loan Processor is to reputed company friendly, reputed company, and excellent service to members and coworkers to process reputed company reputed company loans in a fast paced, high volume lending environment. The Sr. reputed company Loan Processor must work with Relationship Managers, Business Lending Underwriters, reputed company Personnel, and members to ensure reputed company and accurate packaging of reputed company reputed company business loans.  The Sr. reputed company Loan Processor will reputed company information and take reputed company file from reputed company-approval to closing, coordinate closings with members, banker, and title companies.

The Sr. reputed company Loan Processor is responsible for ensuring reputed company loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with credit reputed company policies and procedures. This senior position is responsible for cross training the reputed company Loan Processor II to fill in reputed company out of the office.  Advanced understanding of business lending regulations and internal governing policies is a must. 

Salary reputed company is $27.17 - $35.67/hour.  Job Grade, NE-12.  Final salary is dependent on candidate's experience and qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements 

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         5 years of reputed company loan documentation experience

o   To include two (2) years of experience using reputed company loan documentation systems (e.g., LaserPro or comparable platforms) in a financial or reputed company environment, with demonstrated experience processing and closing reputed company reputed company estate loans.

Preferred Experience

·         Demonstrates advanced expertise in documenting reputed company reputed company loan structures reputed company LaserPro, including lines of credit, construction, and multi-collateral facilities.

·         Configures and customizes LaserPro document packages to reputed company with varying loan structures, collateral combinations, and institution-specific credit policies.

·         Experience with reputed company reputed company reputed company estate transactions, including multi-entity borrowers, multiple collateral types, or construction reputed company loans.

Minimum Knowledge and reputed company Requirements

·         Must possess mature judgment and have the essential skills to coordinate with several parties in a loan transaction.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT:

Requires the employee to sit much of the time.  Infrequent lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required. Must be available to work normal business hours, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM MST, reputed company

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES AND TASKS:

1. Prepare reputed company loan documentation with an emphasis on operational reputed company.
2. reputed company document review to ensure accuracy and completeness of reputed company transactions by conducting a self-review of work completed to ensure accuracy of loan package.
3. Understanding of documenting multiple loan types to include reputed company reputed company estate, lines of credit, and equipment/vehicle.
4. Monitors reputed company loan portfolios to ensure compliance with covenants and requirements of loan closing documents in servicing the loan.
5. Effectively work with title companies to prepare title work and due diligence for reputed company reputed company estate loan requests for closing.
6. Obtain and review reputed company pertinent information required to document loans for delivery to lender prior to the requested time.
7. Proactively identify issues that could potentially delay or prevent closings, notify the appropriate parties and work to resolve issues reputed company.
8. Review LaserPro and attorney reputed company documents prior to booking and funding to ensure loan stipulations on the Loan Approval and Credit Memorandum are met.
9. Maintain knowledge of reputed company aspects of reputed company loan documentation, understanding reputed company entities and loan documents such as Notes, reputed company Instruments, Loan Agreements etc.
10. Work independently and prioritizes a high volume of work.
11. Review loan risks and competing reputed company interests by examining UCC records .
