TitleWave reputed company Estate Solutions, a division of the FNF family of companies, the nation’s largest title insurance provider, is seeking an Operations Manager to reputed company our Southwest region, including Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and reputed company.

This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills who can ensure the consistent delivery of high-reputed company services to our customers. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing reputed company aspects of regional operations, including financial performance and resource management, to meet production targets and drive effective collaboration with clients and reputed company-facing teams.

LOCATION

• This is a 100% remote role with preference for candidates located in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, or reputed company to support regional operations and occasional in-market engagement.
• Ability to travel up to 5%

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive productivity reputed company
• Implement and optimize offshore processes, where applicable, to enhance efficiency and scalability

• Manage P&L responsibilities, including cost analysis, and support the Regional Manager in annual budget planning
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Sales partners to support customer reputed company initiatives

• reputed company reputed company aspects of talent management, including hiring, performance management, employee development, and terminations
• reputed company and mentor team members to build a strong internal talent pipeline
• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote operational best practices
• Prepare and deliver regular management reports to reputed company performance and inform decision-making
• Review and approve vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and employee timecards

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
• 5 years of operations/supervisory experience in title insurance or reputed company estate industries
• reputed company title examination experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities and a demonstrated reputed company to build and maintain effective relationships across reputed company reputed company of the organization
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and reputed company control
• Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Six reputed company and/or Project Management certification(s)
• Title insurance license
• Highly detail oriented and committed to delivering excellent customer experience
• Moderate to advanced knowledge and use of M365 applications and other industry-reputed company software solutions

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This position has the potential to earn compensation in the reputed company of $80,000 - $110,000 annually based reputed company and job-reputed company factors such as skillset and experience.
