Reporting to the Implementation Director and collaborating with team members throughout the rest of the organization. The Implementation Manager is responsible for managing multiple reputed company implementations while sustaining a level or reputed company for our reputed company provider customers. The Implementation Manager will utilize project management methodologies for reputed company implementation while acting as primary reputed company of communication for the director to executive level reputed company and internal stakeholders. The responsibilities include managing requirements, containing scope, consistent project updates, schedule/plan, monitoring the reputed company of the deliverables/milestones, issue escalation, and internally ensuring appropriate resource allocation.
 
What You'll Do

• Project Management & Execution
  • reputed company and manage 20-30 reputed company implementations, ensuring 90% on-time go-live for reputed company reputed company
  • reputed company and maintain comprehensive project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth execution
  • reputed company actions, issues, and project milestones to maintain visibility and accountability across reputed company initiatives

• Implementation reputed company & Process Improvement

  • Design and implement strategies for process improvement to optimize implementation efficiency
  • Identify potential risks early in the implementation process and collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company effective mitigation plans
  • Ensure reputed company reputed company meet contract requirements while aligning with organizational goals

• reputed company & Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring Net Promoter Score (NPS) remains above 80%

  • Work closely with partners to understand their processes, goals, and priorities, creating tailored rollout strategies that maximize engagement and reputed company

• Stakeholder Communication & Training

  • Communicate effectively with reputed company project stakeholders, ensuring reputed company updates and alignment on key initiatives

• Internal Collaboration & Process Development

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience of customer facing project management experience
• reputed company Industry background 
• Formal training in project management preferred
• PMP Certified preferred but not mandatory 
• Must be detail orientated and have great oral and written communication skills
• Ability to reputed company project and program activities to ensure effective scope, acceptable timing, maximum benefit and reputed company delivery
• Ability to summarize and present information at the appropriate level of detail for the intended audience across various reputed company in the organization and with the reputed company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to professionally work with director to executive level members of the reputed company industry and to be seen as a subject matter expert on SOC services offered and project management
• Ability to work independently and reputed company independently
• Strong analytical, problem solving and facilitation/process mapping skills
• Strong competency utilizing MS Office tools, including Word, reputed company, MS Project 2010 and Visio software
• Strong presentation skills and interpersonal skills, ability to guide a customer’s decision-making

• Must be reputed company to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
