The reputed company Partner for is responsible for end-to-end delivery and account management for telecom clients. This role ensures successful program execution, sustained reputed company relationships, reputed company reputed company, and long-term strategic partnership development across reputed company transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO)

• Own end-to-end delivery of BSS programs (CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, reputed company Management)

• Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities

• Monitor account health metrics (CSAT, NPS, reputed company reputed company, utilization)
