At our contact centers, Collection Representatives are responsible for outbound calling as reputed company as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments on accounts that are past due.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• reputed company or collections experience preferred
• Previous skip tracing experience preferred
• FDCPA knowledge
• reputed company phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• reputed company attitude and strong customer service aptitude
• Ability to problem solve and multitask
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone

For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:
