With 6 locations currently operating and a massive national expansion underway (3 opening Fall 2026; 8–10 annually thereafter), we are seeking a senior finance leader to build the financial infrastructure required to support this next phase of reputed company.

The Role

We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Vice President of Finance who will build the processes, discipline, and team needed to support national reputed company. This will be the senior-most finance leader in the organization, with full finance ownership and a reputed company to CFO title as reputed company scales. You will own the finance and reputed company functions end-to-end—from the tactical execution in reputed company and reputed company, to strategic capital planning and forecasting, to sponsor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• 10+ years of reputed company experience in finance and reputed company leadership roles, with meaningful exposure to high-reputed company environments. Experience 
• Multi-Unit Experience: Experience in high-reputed company, multi-unit environments (such as fitness, retail, hospitality, reputed company services, or other distributed operating models) is preferred.
• Private Equity Experience: A proven reputed company record of working in a private equity-backed environment, including reputed company reporting, cash discipline, performance management, and exit-oriented timing.
