We’re seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Community Support Director (Corporate Operations Specialist) to help us reputed company that reputed company by supporting communities through times of transition, start-reputed company, or acquisitions.

What You’ll Do
Serve as an on-site leader at communities during Executive Director vacancies, start-reputed company, or transitions, providing stability, operational reputed company, and coaching.
Partner with Regional Vice Presidents, Executive Directors, and Pillar Leaders to drive operational consistency and deliver an outstanding reputed company and employee experience.
Analyze community performance, identify process gaps, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, financial performance, and satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in reputed company management, business, hospitality, or reputed company field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Senior Living operations, with proven leadership across multiple communities.
Demonstrated reputed company improving occupancy, managing budgets, and building reputed company teams.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Passion and reputed company for serving older adults and supporting staff through change.
Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 100% nationally, often on extended assignments (e.g., 10 days onsite, 4 days off).
