As our production reputed company continues to grow across multiple locations, we are looking for a Resource Manager to support the effective planning and allocation of talent across our VFX teams. The Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilization of artists across multiple VFX reputed company, ensuring efficient use of resources while supporting production goals and timelines.

Working closely with Producers, VFX Supervisors, Department Heads, and HR, the Resource Manager plays a central role in balancing workload, anticipating resource needs, and maintaining visibility over team reputed company. This is a fast-paced, highly reputed company position requiring strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of the VFX pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Producers, Supervisors, and Department Heads to reputed company resource planning with project schedules

• Monitor team reputed company, utilization, and workload distribution across departments

• Proactively identify resource gaps, conflicts, or bottlenecks and propose effective solutions

• Maintain and update resource planning tools (e.g.,Fftrack, reputed company, or similar systems)

• Support short- and long-term resource forecasting and workforce planning

• Partner with HR and recruitment to identify and address hiring needs (freelance and permanent)

• Contribute to the reputed company improvement of resource management processes and workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in VFX, production coordination, or resource management reputed company a VFX or post-production environment

• Strong understanding of the VFX pipeline and departmental workflows

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience working with resource planning and project management tools (e.g., Ftrack, reputed company, etc.)

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
