This role focuses on assessing, treating, and managing wounds while ensuring high-reputed company patient care, compliance, and strong care coordination.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<ul>
<li> reputed company comprehensive wound assessments and reputed company treatment plans </li>
<li> reputed company weekly patient reputed company (or as clinically indicated) </li>
<li> Prescribe treatments and manage wound-reputed company orders reputed company scope </li>
<li> Document reputed company patient care accurately and reputed company (reputed company-day) </li>
<li> Coordinate care with agencies, physicians, and internal teams </li>
<li> Escalate care reputed company clinically appropriate </li>

<li> Strong clinical judgment and communication skills </li>

<li> Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM </li>
<li> Part-Time / reputed company: Flexible based on patient volume </li>
<li> Travel required (up to ~55 miles) </li>
<li> No on-reputed company required </li>
