CONSTRUCTION MANAGER


Siamo alla ricerca di un Construction Manager da inserire nel nostro organico. La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione operativa e logistica del cantiere, supervisionando il personale, i subappaltatori e i fornitori. Avrà un ruolo di supervisione nelle attività, assicurandosi che siano eseguite in conformità con le reputed company di sicurezza, le tempistiche previste e il budget. Inoltre, coordinerà le risorse e gestirà eventuali problemi durante l'avanzamento dei lavori.


Requisiti richiesti:

  • Esperienza di almeno 10 anni in ruoli di coordinamento di cantiere nel settore metalmeccanico (Oil&Gas/Power Plants
  • Diploma o laurea indirizzo tecnico/gestionale;
  • Conoscenza delle reputed company di sicurezza e delle reputed company tecniche di settore;
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di leadership;
  • Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e software di gestione cantiere;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte.
