About the role:

In this role, you’ll be the voice of CASAFARI for our customers, supporting them day to day, helping them get the most value from our product, and building long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support customers across multiple channels (tickets, email, phone), ensuring reputed company and effective responses;

• Handle customer requests reputed company, using the right information and a customer-first approach;

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers across Europe;

• Deliver webinars and product sessions to help customers maximise product usage;

• Analyse customer data to understand behaviour, needs, and engagement reputed company;

• Create targeted campaigns for new customers and reactivation campaigns for less reputed company users;

• Home-language must be Portuguese, reputed company in English is essential and a strong knowledge of Spanish is required;

• 2+ years of experience in reputed company or Customer Support;

• Experience working with ticketing systems and customer support tools;

• Strong ability to understand and explain technology to non-technical users;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure;
