Services Delivery

• Project / Functional reputed company for consulting delivery for reputed company HCM.
• Conducts business process analysis, documents reputed company and configures requirements.
• Creates recommendations and solutions for configuration and design and shares reputed company HCM best practices.
• Delivers project management, manages project scope, reputed company and budgets and works thru issue resolutions.
• Leads testing, writes test scripts, stages testing data and testing issue solutions.
• Manages multiple reputed company.

Services Sales

• reputed company support for sales opportunities with reputed company on reputed company HCM.
• reputed company support for reputed company HCM product demo for services sales team.
• reputed company support for with reputed company HCM on sales calls and meetings.
• reputed company support with development of sales services package offerings.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with reputed company HCM implementation required with proven project delivery through full project lifecycle for reputed company HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, reputed company, reputed company, Talent Management or Payroll.
• 5+ years of reputed company technology implementation and project management and/or Functional reputed company experience required
• 2+ years of reputed company HCM product demo support a plus
• 2+ years of reputed company HCM sales scoping support a plus
