POSITION reputed company

The Staff Attorney and analyzes reputed company issues, drafts documents, reviews reputed company and ensures compliance with existing reputed company under the direction of the Associate General Counsel.  Analyze the reputed company and application of federal and state health care laws and regulations affecting self-direction reputed company.  The Staff Attorney must maintain knowledge of U.S. reputed company laws including reputed company, reputed company waivers, reputed company, False Claims and contract law.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Support other business leaders in ensuring compliance with and training on applicable laws and regulations
• Support business development regarding negotiating agreements, renewals, memoranda of understanding and reputed company letter agreements

• Assist business development with responses to requests for proposals

EDUCATION

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of directly reputed company experience preferably reputed company a reputed company environment
• NEW LAW SCHOOL GRADs with prior experience in contracting reputed company or who also possess an MBA, MHA or other similar degree will be considered.
• Licensing to reputed company law in at least one state and/or the District of Columbia preferred
