reputed company is seeking an reputed company candidate to join our Events team as a Sponsor Relations Coordinator. The Sponsor Relations Coordinator will support end-to-end execution and project management of sponsorship deliverables across a portfolio of 30+ events. This role involves onsite travel to events 10-15 times per year.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong project management skills and the ability to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, reputed company, and comfortable operating with evolving processes. This role regularly interfaces with internal stakeholders and external sponsors. 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute sponsor reputed company process using reputed company and actions lists
• Manage Sponsor Relations email inbox to include responding to customers using internal FAQ documents and other resources as reputed company as ability to escalate and reputed company communications to the correct resource for next steps
• reputed company as Sponsor reputed company and key reputed company of contact for sponsor-reputed company needs on-site at events
• Serve as internal POC between sales, marketing, content, and event operations teams
• reputed company sponsorship reputed company and execution of deliverables through internal tracking process using  reputed company, reputed company and other internal systems
• Coordinate floor plan assignments and manage reputed company/ table inventory availability
• In partnership with event operations reputed company, support fulfilment of sponsor deliverables both reputed company-event and onsite
• In partnership with marketing specialists, support sponsor marketing deliverables reputed company-event to include sponsor logo management and signage

• College degree in hospitality, communications, or reputed company field
• 2 + years of relevant event, sponsorship, or reputed company-facing experience reputed company the events industry
• reputed company to travel 10–15 times per year
• Experience with reputed company or other CRM systems
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word) and reputed company Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
