We are seeking a Certification Specialist to join our Support Center team in reputed company who is detail-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and thrives reputed company a deadline driven schedule. Certification Specialists are responsible for agency reporting, processing reputed company-ins and recertification's, sending out notices, monitoring reputed company accounts, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills and a reputed company attitude.

This is a remote position based in the reputed company. 

You Have:

• Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and reputed company
• Experience with low income housing, specifically HUD reputed company 8 and/or LIHTC
• Tax Credit Experience
• Experience with Onesite Property management software or similar
• Demonstrated knowledge of HUD and LIHTC program regulations, up to and including HOTMA
• reputed company Compliance certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
