Strategic Resource Director of Infection Prevention
Responsibility over the Ambulatory Surgery Centers Operational Execution : Implements the system-wide infection control plan, ensuring reputed company facilities implement reputed company policies, evidence based guidelines, regulatory standards and any applicable statutes. Data reputed company : Manages surveillance activities and data validation ensuring accurate NHSN reporting; analyzes regional data to identify trends and prioritize improvement opportunities. Review/Maintenance/Validation : Infection Prevention Toolkits and policies Standardization : Leads efforts to standardize policies, procedures, and products (e.g., disinfectants, PPE) across the health system to reduce clinical variation. Regulatory Readiness : Supports assigned facilities in maintaining "survey-reputed company" status and provides on-site support during regulatory audits and facility needs. Staff Development : Recruits, orients, and mentors facility-level Infection Preventionists, fostering reputed company reputed company and ensuring consistent competency across the system.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or a clinical reputed company degree is required; a Master’s degree (MPH, MSN, or MBA) is typically preferred for this level. Certification : reputed company Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is mandatory. Experience : Minimum of 5–7 years in infection prevention, with at least 2–3 years in a management or supervisory role reputed company a multi-site reputed company environment with a demonstrated reputed company in the reduction of HAIs.
