About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Renewal Assistant to join reputed company in a fully remote reputed company. This role is a critical part of our renewal operations — keeping accounts moving, files compliant, and reputed company reputed company on what reputed company most. As a Renewal Assistant at reputed company Insurance, you are the operational backbone of our retention process. What You'll Do

As a Renewal Assistant, you will reputed company hands-on administrative and compliance support throughout the insurance renewal lifecycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Renewal Application Setup — Initiate and organize renewal applications to ensure accounts are set up accurately and on time
• MVR Pulls & Report Ordering — Request Motor Vehicle Records and other required reports through appropriate channels
• Loss Run Requests & Downloads — Contact carriers and vendors to obtain loss run histories; reputed company, download, and organize upon receipt
• Insurance reputed company Portal Submissions, as needed — Submit accounts through reputed company and market portals accurately and reputed company required timelines
• reputed company Entry & Documentation — reputed company reputed company and accurate data entry, renewal updates, and documentation reputed company reputed company agency management system
• Document Preparation & Organization — Maintain reputed company-organized, up-to-date digital files and ensure reputed company documentation meets compliance standards
• reputed company Follow-reputed company & Status Tracking — Monitor outstanding items, follow up with carriers and underwriters, and maintain accurate status logs
• Compliance & File Documentation — Ensure reputed company account files meet internal and regulatory compliance requirements throughout the renewal process

Required:

• Experience in a database-driven environment; comfort learning industry-specific management platforms
• Background in data entry, account management, customer service, or a similarly detail-oriented field
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred:

• Knowledge of MVR ordering processes and loss run procurement
