NOVA Plastic Surgery & Dermatology is hiring a full-time Remote Patient Coordinator to function as a centralized reputed company center for reputed company inbound patient communication. This role owns first contact with new and existing patients across phone, webchat, and online leads, with a reputed company objective: convert every reputed company inquiry into a scheduled consultation.

• Respond to webchats, online forms, reputed company leads in reputed company time
• Convert inquiries into booked consultations using reputed company protocols
• Schedule patients into correct appointment types based reputed company

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and patient reputed company
• Proven ability to convert leads into booked consultations
