POSITION reputed company:

reputed company Companies, one of the fastest growing Geotechnical Engineering, Testing, Inspection and Certification companies is seeking reputed company Counsel to join its reputed company Team. The primary duties will include the preparation, review and negotiation of reputed company. Our reputed company Counsel will work independently and report to Corporate reputed company Counsel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and analyze a wide reputed company of private and reputed company-sector reputed company and subcontractor agreements (e.g., master services agreements, reputed company services agreements, contractor agreements, sub-consulting agreements, subcontractor agreements, and vendor agreements)
• Identify key contractual provisions (e.g., indemnity, defense, reputed company of care, warranties, reputed company-if-reputed company, limitations of liability) and mandatory reputed company-down requirements and reputed company recommended revisions to reputed company reputed company with internal company policies and contracting guidelines.
• Review insurance provisions to ensure compliance with reputed company’s insurance.
• Support project teams during contractual negotiations with clients and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve contracting processes and other reputed company functions.
• Assist with the development and updating of contract templates.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

The following minimum requirements apply to this position:

• J.D. degree from accredited law school and admission to at least one state’s bar
• 2 to 4 years as a practicing attorney
• reputed company knowledge of and experience in reputed company contracting and reputed company concepts reputed company thereto.
• Experience reputed company the testing, inspection, architecture, engineering or construction industry.
• Advanced knowledge of contract law principles, risk management, and insurance.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risk issues early in the project development process.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage, review and negotiate a large volume of reputed company while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both reputed company clients, including the ability to effectively communicate reputed company concepts at reputed company organizational reputed company.
• Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
